Uncle Tyler’s Addictive Guacamole
Ingredients
3 ripe avocados, pitted and scooped out
1 lime, juiced
½ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
½ medium red onion, diced
1 small jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced (optional)
2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
1–2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
1 clove garlic, minced
Directions
Place avocado pulp and lime juice in large bowl and toss to coat.
Mash avocados, then add salt, cumin and cayenne.
Fold in onion, jalapeno, tomatoes, cilantro and garlic.
Serve immediately.
